Watch Out for that Lawrence Little on the Defensive Line
With the Cardinals resting up for the beginning of a seven game homestand, we turn our attention to the Rams. They defeated San Diego on Saturday night, 7-6 (!!!), but still have not scored a touchdown with the first team in 10 preseason games under Scott Linehan. And Steven Jackson? He’s still sitting out with a sore ego.
As for the regular season, Vegas oddsmakers have projected a win total of 6.5. I’d be inclined to take the over, because I’m of the belief a 7-9 season is a distinct possibility (we could only be so lucky).
And I’m not the only one. Tony T. believes the Rams are better than 6.5 wins. You might be wondering who Tony T. is — he’s the guy in the video below with large suit-jacket sleeves and a knack for reading straight off the teleprompter without taking one single breath.
Not only does he believe in the Rams, T believes in defensive lineman “Lawrence Little”. And did you know Steven Jackson rushed for 2334 yards two seasons ago?
YES! Steven Jackson set the NFL season rushing total in 2006. No wonder he’s peeved at the Rams. Retire that jersey, Rosenbloom.
